Meet The Founder

Lily Baker (she/her) is a purpose-driven project and community leader, a mental health advocate, and a lifelong learner, passionate about creating spaces where people feel truly seen, heard, and valued.

With a degree in psychology (french immersion) and a minor in management, she brings both lived experience and professional insight to all of the work she does. Her background spans from project management to advisory and advocacy roles.

She’s especially passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), trauma- and violence-informed care, and meaningful community engagement.

At the heart of her work is a love of learning, whether through people, travel, books, or new experiences. This curiosity shapes how she leads, collaborates, and continues to grow.

Whether managing projects, organizing events, or supporting mental-health-focused initiatives, she leads with empathy, analytical problem-solving, and a strengths-based, people-centered approach.
