Lily Baker

Lily Baker (she/her) is a purpose-driven project and community leader, mental health advocate, and lifelong learner, passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and connected. She currently works as a Project and Administrative Assistant at the LIFE Research Institute and as a Bilingual Teaching Assistant with Kids Help Phone.

As a recent graduate with a degree in Psychology (French Immersion) and a minor in Management, Lily brings both lived experience and professional insight into everything she does. Her work spans education, project management, advisory, and advocacy roles. She's passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), trauma- and violence-informed care, education, and meaningful community engagement.

Snataya

Snataya (she/elle) is a multipassionate creative and human rights advocate devoted to mental health and community engagement. She considers herself a student of life, learning to build her own path while deconstructing limiting beliefs.

As an event facilitator and content creator, she shines light on the world she wants to be part of and questions everything that comes her way through the lens of psychology, philosophy, and spirituality. A multilingual jack of all trades, Snataya explores life through many forms of creativity and expression - dance, storytelling, podcast ...

Angelica Galluzzo

Angelica Galluzzo (she/her) is a storyteller, community builder, and mental health advocate who is passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen and heard. She studied Psychology at Western University and has spent the past eight years working in youth mental health.

Angelica is the former podcast host of The Revolutionized Mind and she has also shared her story on stages such as TEDx, using her voice to encourage others to embrace vulnerability.

In her free time, you can find her cooking, playing with her dog, Tessa, or doing something active with friends/family.

Phil Donaldson

Phil Donaldson (he/him) is a Bilingual Program Coordinator at Jack.org, where he supports youth mental health initiatives. Driven by a deep commitment to mental health and connection, he brings together his background in psychology, community engagement, and coaching to create spaces where people feel seen, valued, and supported.

His journey as a mental health advocate began through youth programming, where he witnessed the power of encouragement in shaping self-confidence and well-being. Through his work, Phil aims to foster empathy, authentic leadership, and meaningful conversations that empower individuals and strengthen communities.
